I’m pleased to announce that I am among the winners of the photo contest “Points, Surfaces and Lines” organized by #VeGAL in collaboration with #Humusres. The contest aims to investigate the landscape of Eastern Veneto through photography to transfer the image of a territory made up of emotional ties and memories that are established between the landscape, its elements and its inhabitants.
The shots selected are from “Ricordi la nebbia?” serie.
A transfigured landscape, coming from childhood memories or perhaps dreamed, in which they appear
in free succession, as on the stage of a theater immersed in smoke: the signs of modernity,
magical animals, men on bicycles, white balls suspended in a leaden sky. The man almost
disappears, the landscape and nature recover their space, immersed in the mystery of the cyclic
new birth.

The selected photographs will become part of the exhibition curated by Carlo Sala ‘The treasure is always bigger than the one you held in your hands’ which will be inaugurated on Saturday 27 January 2018 at 18.00 at the MuPa – Torre Landscape Museum of Mosto.
